The CLEAN AIR Force of Central Texas (CAF), a non-profit organization, is a coalition of business, government, environmental and community leaders unified in the desire for cleaner air and a better quality of life for all Central Texans. The CAF's mission is "to coordinate and conduct air quality planning and education activities in Central Texas focused on motivating the citizens of this region to take actions to reduce air pollution and maintain healthy air; and to advise responsible government entities on air quality issues."

Funding is provided by Hays, Travis and Williamson counties, as well as the cities of Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and San Marcos, and a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation and the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO). Program funding is also provided by the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Capital Metro) and Koch Industries.

CAF members contribute significant time, resources and technical expertise to achieving the organization's mission. In addition to elected officials in the five-county area, members represent a cross-section of the Central Texas community: 3M Austin Center, American Lung Association, Austin Neighborhoods Council, CAMPO, CAPCO, Capital Metro, Children's Hospital of Austin, Downtown Austin Alliance, Environmental Defense, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Koch Industries, Lower Colorado River Authority, Motorola, TCEQ, Real Estate Council of Austin, Rogers & Whitley, LLP, the University of Texas at Austin, and Zephyr Environmental.
