Non-Road Sources: Fuel-powered vehicles and equipment that do not travel on roads are in this category. Non-Road sources include construction and landscape equipment, airplanes, boats, and locomotives. The 1999 Central Texas inventory puts non-road sources at 21% of NOx and 13% of VOC emissions.
